Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our hassle-free returns and exchange policy has been designed with you in mind.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Jewellery that has been worn or altered cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in original, unworn condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Not be customized or altered in any way
  • Have been purchased within the last 7 days
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@menvore.com with your order number
  2. Receive return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  3. Package your item securely in original packaging
  4. Drop off at the provided shipping location
  5. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of item receipt.

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or design? We make it easy. Follow the same return process, and we'll ship your replacement item once we receive your original purchase.

If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Please report damage within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Jewellery that shows signs of wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
